【摘 要】目的：分析輕中度腺样体肥大患儿在临床诊疗中采用孟鲁司特钠结合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗的疗效及A/N比值。方法：选我科收诊的120例中度腺样体肥大患儿，随机分为对照组给予糠酸莫米松治疗，实验组联合孟鲁司特钠治疗，比较治疗效果。结果：实验组治疗后鼻咽部X线侧位片的A/N值、有效率均显著优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗中度腺样体肥大患儿的临床效果显著。
