【摘 要】目的：探讨骨髓腔输液在小儿急救中的应用效果，以期为小儿急救提供新思路。方法：对我院收治的16例危重患儿进行骨髓腔输液。结果：患儿均1次穿刺固定成功，其中13例患儿抢救成功，3例抢救效果不佳;抢救成功的患儿随访过程中均无骨髓炎以及骨骺损伤等相关并发症。结论：骨髓腔输液在小儿临床急救中可替代传统静脉输液，值得临床推广应用。
