【摘 要】目的：分析心理干预在脑瘫儿童康复治疗中的作用。方法：抽取2018年1月至2019年10月于本院就诊的64例脑瘫患儿，双盲法随机划入研究组与参照组(n=32)。参照组予以常规康复治疗，研究组在此基础上实施心理干预，比较两组患儿的生活质量、智力状态。结果：干预前两组患儿评分无显著差距，干预后研究组患儿的Gesell量表评分显著提高。研究组患儿的生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感健康及社会职能评分均高于参照组患儿。结论：心理干预可改善脑瘫儿童的智力状态，提升其生活质量，建议临床使用。
