【摘 要】目的：探讨针对气阴两虚型冠心病心律失常(CHDVA)疾病，采取中药炙甘草汤治疗疾病的效果。方法：选取83例气阴两虚型CHDVA患者随机分成实验组(n=42)与对照组(n=41)，对照组单用西药胺碘酮治疗，实验组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用炙甘草汤治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：实验组治疗总有效率95.24%明显高于对照组80.49%(P<0.05)。结论：对气阴两虚型CHDVA，采取炙甘草汤辅助疾病治疗效果满意，值得推广。
