【摘 要】目的：封闭负压引流技术(VSD)修复慢性褥疮创面的探究。方法：选择在我科室进行慢性褥疮创面修复治疗的68例病人进行调研，此次调研时间为2015.1至2019.1。将病人分为2组，每组34例。对比组采用常规修复方式。实验组采用了封闭负压引流技术(VSD)。分析两组病人最终修复结果。结果：(1)对比组病人住院时间与实验组相比较长，两组差异明显，P=0.0017;(2)对比组疤痕增生构成比为35.29%和实验组的2.94%相比较高，外观满意度为64.71%和实验组的97.06%相比较低，两组差异明显，P=0.0000。结论：在慢性褥疮创面修复中，可采用封闭负压引流技术，此技术应用效果理想，可以改善治疗效果，此方式值得临床应用与普及。
