【摘 要】目的：对小儿支气管肺炎实施不同治疗方案，分析效果。方法：2018年11月-2019年11月，选取60名患儿入组，随机分常规和实验组，分别实施单一用药和联合用药方案。结果：实验组治疗效果显著(P<0.05)。结论：小儿支气管肺炎治疗中，应用盐酸氨溴索基础上，加用利巴韦林，治疗效果确切。
