【摘 要】目的：探讨自拟中药灌肠汤灌肠和盆腔炎热奄包方外敷对慢性盆腔炎患者的治疗作用。方法：研究病例共选择94例，均为本院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者，随机分组各47例，对照组行常规西医治疗，观察组在西医治疗的基础上加用自拟中药灌肠汤灌肠及盆腔炎热奄包方外敷治疗，评价两组疗效及症状缓解效果。结果：疗效评价中对照组有效率85.11%显著低于观察组97.87%，P<0.05;观察组下腹坠胀、包块、盆腔肿块消失时间显著短于对照组，P<0.05。结论：在慢性盆腔炎治疗中采用自拟中药灌肠汤灌肠和盆腔炎热奄包方外敷方案可进一步促使症状消除，稳定病情，且恢复速度快速，治疗价值较高。
