【摘 要】目的：探讨腹部16排CT在急腹症诊断中的临床价值。方法：选择2018年7月～2019年7月我院收治的急腹症患者108例为研究对象，分别对患者进行超声检查以及腹部16排CT检查，检查结果与MIR或腹腔穿刺结果进行对比，比较两组检查准确率。结果：超声、16排CT扫描结果与诊断标准进行对比显示，16排CT诊断准确率达到96.29%，超声诊断准确率为85.18%，16排CT准确率显著高于超声(P<0.05)。结论：腹部16排CT应用于急腹症诊断，其准确率较高，值得推广应用。
