【摘要】目的：对颈段脊髓损伤患者应用呼吸功能訓练对其肺功能的影响进行探究。方法：选择我院收治的颈段脊髓损伤患者72例作为本次研究纳入的对象，按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规组(n=36)和干预组(n=36)。采用常规护理对常规组进行护理，在此基础上，采用呼吸功能训练对干预组进行护理。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：干预组的肺功能在护理后明显优于常规组，比较结果经过检验(P<0.05)。结论：针对颈段脊髓损伤患者实施呼吸功能训练可以有效改善患者的肺功能。
