HIV抗体初筛阳性确认试验资料分析

【摘要】 目的 分析百色市2010年艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体筛查阳性确认试验检测数据，了解HIV感染人群及分布特征。方法 依据《全国艾滋病检测技术规范(2004年版)》规定的检测流程与方法，对百色市各艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)点及医疗单位初筛实验室送检的HIV抗体阳性样品进行复检及确认。结果 544例HIV初筛阳性样品复检后进行确认试验，509例被确认HIV抗体阳性(其中包括最初不确定，一个月后复检确认的3例患者)，22例被确认HIV抗体阴性，16例被确认HIV抗体不确定，间隔一个月后有4例随访复检被确认HIV抗体阳性3例，HIV抗体确认阳性率为93.57%(509/544)。HIV感染男女性别比为1.7∶1，年龄主要集中在21～40岁年龄组，样品来源以病人住院筛查发现和各VCT点送检，职业以农民，性途径传播为主。结论 2010年我市HIV感染仍呈高发趋势，HIV抗体确认阳性率较高，自动检测人群的提高、各县VCT点工作展开，有利于早期发现感染者和了解艾滋病疫情动态，提高随访率是落实党和国家对HIV/AIDS病人“四免一关怀”策略的具体措施，及时采取干预措施控制传播具有重大意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the confirmed test data of primary screened positive of HIV antibody of the infected in the Baise City in 2010 and find out the distribution.Methods According to the test process and methods required in the National HIV Testing Specifications(edition of 2004)，test data of primary screened antibody positive of HIV sent by HIV Voluntary Counseling & Testing services and medical agents in the Baise City were retested and confirmed.Results Of 544 HIV positive samples,509 (including the most uncertain,of which 3 were retested and confirmed one month later.) were confirmed, while 22 were confirmed to be HIV antibody negative, and 16 were uncertain. One month later, 3 of 4 retested were confirmed to be HIV antibody positive. The confirmed HIV antibody positive rate was 93.57%(509/544). The infection rate between male and female was 1.7∶1,mostly at the age of 21～40,and samples were from inpatients and all VCT services.
