【摘要】 目的 研究多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma，MM)患者中IL-6的表达水平，阐明其在MM肾损伤中的作用及临床意义。
方法 采用化学发光法对80例MM肾损伤患者(32例肾功能不全不可逆者，28例肾功能不全可逆者和20例肾功能正常者)以及40例健康体检者(正常对照组)的IL-6表达量进行检测并比较。结果 IL-6在肾功能不全不可逆者表达明显升高，与肾功能不全可逆者、MM肾功能正常者以及40例健康体检者IL-6表达比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；肾功能不全可逆者与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，肾功能不全可逆者与MM肾功能正常者比较，MM肾功能正常者与正常对照组IL-6表达比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；MM患者不同分期IL-6表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 IL-6检测可作为MM患者肾功能不全病变程度诊断指标，为临床治疗提供帮助。

Significance of the expressions of IL-6 in kidney injuries caused by multiple myeloma

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression levels of IL-6 in multiple myeloma (MM) and their clinical significance in MM kidney injury.
Methods The IL-6 levels of 80 cases with MM kidney injury(32 cases with irreversible renal insufficiency,28 cases with reversible renal insufficiencyand 20 cases with normal renal function) and of 40 healthy subjects (normal controls) were detected and compared by means of chemiluminescence.
Results The expression levels of IL-6 in cases with MM irreversible renal insufficiency raised obviously. The comparative difference between their levels with those of the group with MM reversible renal insufficiency and those of the normal group had statistical significance(P<0.01).There was statistical significance in the comparative difference between the IL-6 expression levels of the group with MM reversible renal insufficiency and those of the normal controls(P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference between the IL-6 expression levels of the group with MM normal function and those of the normal controls(P>0.05).
