【摘要】 目的 比较三种含铜宫内节育器放置的临床避孕效果。方法 将自愿接受放环避孕的2593例妇女随机分为三组，分别放置元宫药铜(220)环809例，Tcu 220环880例，吉妮类环904例，随访5年，对比观察三组妇女的避孕效果、续用率以及副反应发生率。结果 三组带器妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率及续用率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)，其中吉妮类环的带器妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率最低(P<0.01)，续用率最高(P<0.01)。结论 三种含铜宫内节育环的避孕效果均较良好，以吉妮类环最好，可推广应用。

Comparative study of the clinical effect of three types of IUD placed in uterus for 5 years

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the contraceptive effect of three types of copper IUD placed in uterus.
Methods 2593 female who voluntarily accepted ring contraception were randomly divided into three groups, with 809 cases using medicated YGCu220 IUD,880 cases using Tcu 220 and 904 cases using GyneFix IUD for five years. The contraceptive effect, rates of continuous using IUD and the incidence rates of side effect of three groups were observed and compared.
Results There were statistical differences in the pregnancy rate, expulsion rate, removal rate for medical reasons and continuous using rates among three groups(P<0.05 or 0.01). The GyneFix group had the lowest pregnancy rate,expulsion rate and removal rate for medical reasons(P<0.01),but had the highest continuous using rate(P<0.01).
Conclusion The contraceptive effect of the three types of IUD was all good,and GyneFix IUD was the best and the three types of IUD are worth popularizing and applicating.
