颈椎侧位X线片评估退行性颈椎管狭窄的价值(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨颈椎侧位X线片测量评估退行性颈椎管狭窄的价值。方法 收集近5年经健康体检的正常人群作为研究对象，共200例，男性100例，女性100例。按研究对象的年龄分为两组：青年组92例及中老年组108例。计算所有患者颈椎C3、C4、C5、C6、C7的椎管矢状径、椎体中矢径、颈椎管率及有效颈椎管率。
结果 颈椎C3、C4、C5、C6、C7的椎管矢状径及椎体中矢径两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；而颈椎C4、C5、C6、C7两组的颈椎管率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；颈椎C3、C5、C6有效颈椎管率两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。
结论 X线中有效颈椎管率用于诊断退行性颈椎管狭窄有较高价值，值得临床推广。
