桂林市2008～2012年部分市售食品金属污染检测结果分析

     【摘要】目的了解桂林市2008～2012年市售食品金属污染状况、食品安全状况，探讨当地空气、水与土壤的污染状况。方法对2008～2012年桂林市市售部分食品的铅、镉和汞的含量检测数据做描述性分析。结果182份食品中铅超标率为17.03%(31/182)，镉超标率为9.34%(17/182)，汞超标率为17.03%(31/182)。在超标的食品中，以根茎类及叶菜类蔬菜铅超标严重，占67.74%(21/31)；谷物及其制品镉和汞超标严重，分别占6470%(11/17)和8065%(25/31)。结论该市部分食品的金属污染情况较严重，其金属污染的来源可能为本地区的土壤污染。
