     Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with ligustrazine injection for pulmonary heart disease can effectively improve levels of serum PaCO2，PaO2 and BNP of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease，which is beneficial to improve the heart and lung function of patients，and improve clinical efficacy.
