茴香提取液对酒精性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用(1)
【摘要】 目的 探究茴香对小鼠酒精性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。
方法 用56°北京红星二锅头白酒建立小鼠酒精性胃黏膜损伤模型,用茴香进行干预,30天后,眼球采血测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)水平;观察胃黏膜损伤指数,HE染色,观察胃黏膜组织形态学的改变。
结果 与正常组相比,模型组胃黏膜损伤指数、MDA水平明显升高(P<0.01),SOD活性明显降低(P<0.01);胃黏膜表层大部分腺体形态及结构不完整,可见大量腺体结构破坏、脱落。与模型组相比,茴香高剂量组和西咪替丁组胃黏膜损伤指数、MDA水平均明显降低(P<0.05或0.01),SOD活性显著升高(P<0.05),茴香中剂量组MDA水平明显降低(P<0.01);茴香中剂量组和高剂量组胃黏膜表层腺体结构较完整,茴香高剂量组细胞坏死较少。
结论 茴香可能通过降低脂质过氧化、增加机体氧化应激能力对酒精胃黏膜损伤进行保护。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the protective effects of fennel on alcoholic gastric injury in mice.
Methods The model of alcoholic gastric mucosa injury was established by 56°Beijing Red Star Erguotou Wine and intervened with fennel for 30 days,and then,blood from eyeball was collected to test serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels.In addition,the gastric mucosal injury index and HE staining as well as the morphological changes of gastric mucosa were observed.
Results Compared with normal group,gastric mucosal injury index and the level of MDA in model group increased significantly(P<0.01),but the activity of SOD decreased obviously (P<0.01).The morphology and structure of most glands in the surface of gastric mucosa were incomplete,and it could be seen that a large number of gland structures were damaged and detached.Compared with the model group,gastric mucosal injury index and the level of MDA in fennel high dose group and cimetidine group decreased obviously(P<0.05 or 0.01),but the activity of SOD increased significantly(P<0.05).The level of MDA in fennel medium dose group decreased significantly(P<0.01).The structure of glands in the surface of gastric mucosa in the fennel high dose group and the fennel medium dose group were complete,and the fennel high dose group showed less necrosis.
Conclusion Fennel can protect against gastric mucosal damage by reducing lipid peroxidation and increasing oxidative stress in the body.

隨着生活水平的不断提高,人们饮酒的问题越来越严重,同时过量饮酒造成的消化系统问题也越来越受到人们关注。文献报道长期过量饮酒可以引起胃炎、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡等[1]。酒精是一种有机溶剂,高浓度的酒精可以使胃黏膜上皮细胞发生坏死,从而破坏胃黏膜的防御系统,使胃黏膜容易受到各种损伤因子的侵袭而受到损害[2]。伞形科植物茴香是我国传统中药,主要有散寒止痛、和胃理气的功效,其果实、根、茎和叶均可供药用,主要成分含有脂肪油、氨基酸、挥发油、黄酮、糖苷、甾醇及生物碱等多种类型的化合物,具有抗氧化的作用[3~4]。本实验探讨茴香对酒精性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用,为茴香的开发利用提供参考资料。
1 材料与方法
