【摘要】 目的 探讨钛制弹性髓内钉加尾帽内固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取儿童股骨干骨折患儿80例，按随机数字表分为试验组(钛制弹性髓内钉加尾帽固定)和对照组(钢板内固定)，比较两组患儿的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及骨折愈合时间。结果 试验组40例患儿术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿骨折肢体功能恢复优良率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 钛制弹性髓内钉加尾帽内固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折，创伤小、骨折愈合率高，可早期进行功能锻炼，患肢功能恢复好，并发症少，值得临床推广应用。
