急性脑梗死患者血浆脑钠肽前体和C反应蛋白与认知功能障碍的相关性研究(1)

     【摘要】 目的 研究急性腦梗死患者血浆中的脑钠肽前体(pro-BNP)和C反应蛋白(CRP)与认知功能障碍的相关性。

    方法 回顾性分析2017年10月~2019年4月收治的124例急性脑梗死患者,通过简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)将患者分成有认知障碍的观察组和无认知障碍的对照组,通过完成连线实验(TMT)所用时间和蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)的评分来反映患者的认知功能障碍,并检测两组患者血浆中的pro-BNP和CRP水平,分析pro-BNP和CRP与认知功能障碍之间的相关性。

    结果 观察组MMSE评分及MoCA评分明显低于对照组,完成TMT所用时间明显长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组患者血浆pro-BNP和CRP水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。急性脑梗死患者血浆中的pro-BNP和CRP水平与完成TMT所用时间呈正相关(r值分别为0.798、0.813,P<0.05),与MoCA评分呈负相关(r值分别为-0.629、-0.758,P<0.05)。

    结论 急性脑梗死患者中梗死血浆pro-BNP和CRP的水平与认知功能障碍有关,伴随着血浆pro-BNP和CRP水平升高,患者的认知功能和预后情况也明显变差。

    Study on correlation between pro brain natriuretic peptide and C-reactive protein and cognitive dysfunction in patients with acute cerebral infarction

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between pro brain natriuretic peptide(pro-BNP)and C-reactive protein(CRP) and cognitive dysfunction in blood plasma of patients with acute cerebral infarction.

    Methods 124 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to hospital from October,2017 to April,2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into observation group(with cognitive dysfunction) and control group(without cognitive dysfunction) through Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE).The time taken to complete Trail Making Test(TMT) and the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) were used to reflect the cognitive dysfunction of patients.The plasma levels of pro-BNP and CRP in the two groups were measured,and the correlation between pro-BNP and CRP and cognitive dysfunction was analyzed.

    Results The MMSE score and MoCA score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the time taken to complete TMT was longer than that of the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Plasma pro-BNP and CRP levels of the observation group were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The levels of pro-BNP and CRP in plasma of patients with acute cerebral infarction were positively correlated with the time taken to complete TMT(r=0.789,0.813,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with MoCA score(r=-0.629,-0.758,P<0.05)., 百拇医药(林椿人 颜循金 覃祖业 梁莉 龙汉超)
