Conclusion The incidence of malnutrition and immune deficiency is high in elderly patients with pulmonary infection，and as the growth of age，it is more likely that malnutrition complicated with immune deficiency will occur.Early detection of blood-related nutrition and immune function indicators can screen their nutritional and immune status，so as to carry out the intervention measures as soon as possible and effectively.
