联合入路双锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型骨折的疗效分析(1)
【摘要】 目的 探討联合入路双锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型骨折的疗效。
方法 收集2015年2月至2019年1月治疗的胫骨平台骨折(SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ)采用联合入路双锁定钢板内固定的患者共29例，其中，男25例，女4例，年龄21～59岁，平均41.5岁，记录术后1年随访时的膝关节Kolment评分并进行评价。
结果 按膝关节Kolment评定标准，优10例、良12例、可5例、差2例，优良率达75.9%。
结论 联合入路双锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型骨折能够取得良好的临床疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of combined approach double locking plate surgery for treatment of Schatzker type Ⅴand Ⅵ fractures of tibial plateau.
Methods A total of 29 patients with tibial plateau fractures (Scharzker type Ⅴand Ⅵ) treated with combined approach and double locking plate internal fixation from February 2015 to January 2019 were selected.Among them，25 cases were male and 4 cases were female.Their ages ranged from 21 to 59，with an average of 41.5 years.The kolment score of knee joint at 1 year follow-up was recorded and evaluated.
Results According to the Kolment evaluation criteria of the knee，10 cases were excellent，12 cases were good，5 cases were fair，and 2 cases were poor.And excellent rate was 75.9%.
Conclusion Combined approach with double locking plate for the treatment of Schatzker type Ⅴand Ⅵ fractures of tibial plateau can achieve good clinical efficacy., http://www.100md.com(罗春强 邱卫华 吴贤驹 吴柏初)
