Conclusion The causes of UGIB are peptic ulcer，cirrhosis with EGVB，GC，MWS，and AGML.Peptic ulcer is the main cause of UGIB in patients of all ages.Cirrhosis with EGVB is more likely to be seen in the middle-aged group.The ratio of UGIB caused by GC increases with the increase of age.The incidence rate of MWS is higher in the youth group，and AGML can occur in all age groups.
