    【摘要】?目的?探讨桂林市五城区围绝经期女性性功能障碍(female sexual dysfunction，FSD)相关因素。方法?选取2500名2018年5月～2019年12月桂林市五城区居民健康体检的40～55岁围绝经期妇女作为研究对象，记录研究对象的女性性功能指数(female sexual function index，FSFI)及基本情况，并采用Logistic回归分析探讨影响围绝经期女性性功能障碍的相关因素。结果?(1)患者的年龄、月经情况、性知识教育、职业状况以及个人经济情况与围绝经期妇女性功能障碍的发生有关，而患者身高、文化程度、生育情况与围绝经期妇女性功能障碍的发生无关;(2)Logistic回归分析结果显示，年龄50～55岁及未接受性知识健康教育是围绝经期女性性功能障碍的两个独立危险因素。结论?年龄及患者是否接受性健康教育是女性性功能障碍的两个独立危险因素，关注年龄较高患者的状态，对患者进行性知识健康教育可以改善患者的性生活质量。
