    【摘要】目的探讨脑电双频指数(bispectral index，BIS)对高血压脑出血早期预后评估的价值。方法选取2020年7月—2021年10月收治的71例高血压脑出血患者，均在入院48 h内进行BIS监测，同时进行格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)、改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分，比较不同BIS值间GCS、GOS、mRS评分的差异，并分析对比不同预后(预后良好、预后不良)者BIS值、GCS评分、mRS评分差异。结果BIS值与GCS评分、GOS评分呈正相关，与mRS评分呈负相关，预后良好者与预后不良者在BIS值、GCS评分、mRS评分上对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论BIS监测对于评价高血压脑出血的早期预后有积极意义。
