    【摘要】 目的 探讨南宁市注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder，ADHD)儿童忽视的影响因素，为改善ADHD儿童忽视现状和促进健康发展提供科学依据。方法 采用随机抽样方法，选取2019年7月—2021年12月于南宁市妇幼保健院首诊确诊的311名6～11岁ADHD儿童为研究对象。根据“中国城市6～11岁小学生忽视评价常模”中规定的量表进行调查，在总体忽视及身体、情感、教育、安全、医疗、社会6个忽视层面分为忽视组及非忽视组，采用logistic回归分析ADHD儿童忽视影响因素。结果 男童、女童6个忽视层面及总体忽视率组间比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对忽视的6个层面及总忽视率的危险因素分析显示，儿童年龄、与家人关系、母亲文化程度为主要影响因素。结论 影响ADHD儿童忽视的主要因素有儿童年龄、儿童与家人的关系、母亲文化程度，因此可通过加强亲子关系，增加妇女终身学习的机会以预防和减少ADHD儿童忽视的发生。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore factors influencing the neglect of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in Nanning city， so as to provide a scientific basis for improving the status quo of neglect of children with ADHD and promoting healthy development.Methods A total of 311 children aged 6-11 who were first diagnosed with ADHD in Nanning Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2019 to December 2021 were selected as subjects by random sampling method.
