【摘要】 目的 探析血府逐瘀汤对高血压患者血压水平及血管内皮功能的影响。

    方法 采用前瞻性研究，选取医院2022年1月—2023年6月收治的高血压患者90例作为研究对象，以随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，各45例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组加用血府逐瘀汤治疗，持续治疗3个月，比较两组临床疗效、血压(舒张压、收缩压)以及血管内皮功能[一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)]。

    结果 观察组总有效率较对照组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗3个月后，收缩压、舒张压均下降，且相较于对照组，观察组下降更显著(P<0.05)；NO上升、ET-1下降，相较于对照组，观察组变化更显著(P<0.05)。

    结论 血府逐瘀汤治疗高血压患者效果显著，可有效调节血压水平，改善血管内皮功能。
