    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explorecausal relationship betweenabnormalcervical(vaginal)secretionand premature rupture of membranes(PROM) by Mendelian randomization(MR).MethodsSingle nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)in GWAS database were used as instrumental variables(IV)，and P values in the inverse variance weighted(IVW)were used as main basisforestimatingbidirectionalcausalitybetweenabnormalcervical(vaginal)dischargeandPROM.Sensitivityanalysiswas usedtoevaluatetherobustnessof theanalysisresults.ResultsTherewasacausal relationshipbetweenabnormal cervical (vaginal) discharge and PROM( OR=1 . 124， 95% CI=1.041--1.213 ： P=0.002 ).In reverse MR analysis ......
