    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the occurence and influencing factorsof acute stress reaction (ASR)among patients infeverclinic，soastoprovidereferencefor intervention.MethodsAtotalof15Opatients visitingthefeverclinic were selected as research subjects.The Stanford Acute StressReaction Questionnaire (SASRQ)and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ)were used forthe investigation.Theoccurrnce of ASR in patients visiting the fever clinic and its influencing factors were analyzed.ResultsThe incidence rate of ASR was 22.0% among the 15O research subjects. The resultsofthe multivariate analysis showed thatage，historyof previous traumatic experiences，positivecoping score，and negativecopingscorewere independent influencing factors for theoccurrenceofASRinpatientsvisiting thefeverclinic( Plt; (204号 0.05).ConclusionThereisacertainrisk ofASRinpatients in fever clinic.Medical staffshould pay more atentiontoit andconducttargeted interventionaccordingtotheinfluencingfactorsofASR ......
