    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the active componentsand mechanism of Rhodiola rosea L.in the preventionand treatmentofAlzheimer'sdisease(AD)bynetworkpharmacology.MethodsThemainefectivecomponentsof Rhodiola roseaL.werecollectedbyCNKI，andthepotentialtargetsofRhodiolaroseaL.were predicted bySwistargetprediction. Therelated targetsof ADwere screenedby Genecards，OMIMand NCBI databases.The intersection of Rhodiolarosea L. and AD targets was obtainedby Venny2.1.O.Theproteininteraction network wasobtained byusing STRING database.A component-target-disease interaction network was constructed through Cytoscape3.7.2.Finally，gene ontology(GO)analysis and Kyoto encyclopedia of genesand genomes (KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis were performed via the DAVIDdatabase.ResultsFromRhodiolaroseaL.，28chemicalcomponents，846targetsand226AD-relatedtargetswereidentified， witha totalof119 intersecting targets betweenchemical componentsandAD.The protein interactionnetwork center mainly involved key targets such as GAPDH，TNF ......
