    【Abstract】ObjectiveToexploretheefectof hazardprediction trainingontheinterventionofoccupational burnout among operating room nurses.MethodsAtotal of 5O nurses working inthe Operating Room ofAffiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical UniversityforNationalitiesfrom March toOctober 2O24，whomettheinclusioncriteriaforoccupational bumout，were selectedas research subjects，andthey were randomly divided into control groupand experimental group by random numbertable，with 25 nurses in each group.The control group were given routine training，basedon which，the experimental group were given systematicand standardized hazard prediction training.After training，the scoresof ocupational bumout，，psychologicalresilience，andsafetyatitudewerecompared betwen thetwo groups.ResultsCompared with the controlgroup，theexperimental groupshowed significantlylowerscores inthedimensionsofemotional exhaustionand depersonalizationofocupational burnoutafterthetraining，whilethescoreofpersonalaccomplishmentwassignificantly higher (all Plt;0.001 ).The scores of each dimension and the total score of psychological resilience ......
