    【Abstract】ObjectiveToevaluatetheclinical effectofautopericardialaorticvalvereconstructioninthetreatmentof aortic valvedisease.MethodsThedataof32 patientswhounderwentautopericardialaorticvalvereconstruction from September 2017 to April 2O21were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into AS(aortic stenosis)group andAI (aorticinsuficiency)group.Theeffctoftheoperationwasevaluatedbyultrasonographytoobservethetransvalvularpressuregradient，transvalvularflowvelocityandtheareaofaorticvalveregurgitation，aswellasleftventricularend-diastolic diameter.ResultsTheresultsof postoperative echocardiographyshowed that，24 monthsafteroperation，there were statisticallsignificant diferences inthetransvalvularpressure gradientandtransvalvularflowvelocityoftheaorticvalveattheAS group while comparing with those before operation ( Plt;0.01 ).The difference of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter at 7 daysand6 months after operation was statistically significant Plt;0.01) ，anddifferenceof left ventricular end-diastolic diameterat 12 months after operation and before operation was statistically significant ( P lt;0.05).However ......
