    Analysis secretionculture characteristicsandtreatment strategiesin2743pediatricpatients

    【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyzethedistributionanddrugresistancecharacteristicspathogenic bacteria insecretion culturespecimensfromchildrenwith infections inahospital in ，soas toprovidereference strategiesforclinical empiricaltreatment.MethodsAretrospectivecollction 2743 pediatricsecretionculture specimens from2019 to2023 wasconducted inthe hospital.WHONET5.6stwareand CLSI standardswereused toanalyzethedistribution pathogensand drug sensitivity results.ResultsThe positive detection rate specimens was 19.76% (542/2743)，witha total 561 strains pathogenic bacteriaisolated.Among them，there were 428 strains Gram-positive bacteria( G⁺ bacteria) ( 76.29% )，114 strains Gram-negative bacteria ( G^- bacteria)( 20.32% )，and 19 strains fungi (3.39% ). The top five pathogenic bacteria were Staphylococcus aureus (55.08 % )，Staphylococcus epidermidis(9.80 % )，Escherichiacoli ( 4.46% ) ......
