    【摘 要】目的 探究水楊酸换肤结合点阵激光在女性黄褐斑中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2019年3月-2020年3月收治的60例女性黄褐斑患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为参考组与试验组，每组30例。参考组采用点阵激光治疗，试验组采用水杨酸换肤结合点阵激光治疗，比较两组临床疗效、皮肤特征评分、皮肤水分情况、不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组紫质、毛孔、皱纹以及色素评分低于参考组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 采用水杨酸换肤结合点阵激光治疗女性黄褐斑效果确切，可有效改善皮损，提高皮肤水分含量，且具有较高的治疗安全性，值得临床应用。
