    【摘 要】胰腺癌是起源于胰腺的恶性肿瘤，生存率极低，复发率极高，严重影响患者生命质量。胰腺癌较早出现转移，早期诊断较困难，化疗过程易出现化学耐药。Wnt信号通路与胰腺癌迁移、侵袭、转移有关。本文综述了Wnt信号通路及其与癌症及胰腺癌侵袭和转移的关系，以期为胰腺癌的治疗和控制寻找新的突破口。
