    【摘 要】银屑病是一种慢性皮肤疾病，发病机制尚未明确，易诊断但治疗存在一定难度。现临床有诸多治疗方式，不仅包括药物治疗，还可从快速康复等方面考虑进行辅助治疗。药物治疗会对患者的身体引发其他类型的损害，而辅助康复治疗可降低损害的程度，特别是对于部分复杂的疾病，可减少患者痛苦感，促进患者能够快速康复。本文在此基础上对银屑病康复治疗的步骤进行了探讨，以期为临床诊疗提供一定参考。

    【Abstract】Psoriasis is a chronic skin disease with unclear pathogenesis. It is easy to diagnose but difficult to treat. There are many clinical treatments， including not only drug therapy， but also adjuvant therapy from the aspects of rapid rehabilitation. Drug therapy can cause other types of damage to the patients body， and assisted rehabilitation therapy can reduce the degree of damage， especially for some complex diseases， which can reduce the patients pain and promote the patients rapid recovery.
