    【摘 要】目的 探究中醫适宜护理技术对下肢骨折患者术后康复的影响。方法 选取2021年8月-2022年8月在我院行手术治疗的62例下肢骨折患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各31例。对照组采用术后常规康复指导，观察组在常规康复护理基础上行中医适宜护理技术。比较两组并发症发生率、患肢疼痛肿胀情况以及康复相关指标。结果 观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)；观察组术后24、48、72 h患肢VAS评分均低于对照组，术后3、5 d患肢肿胀值小于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05).
