    【摘 要】近年来人们对口腔美学要求逐渐提高，缺损牙体粘接修复技术和修复材料也得到快速发展。牙科水门汀的粘固是口腔修复学中间接修复的关键，树脂水门汀是一种新型粘接修复材料，经过不断改进配方，调整优化特性，顺应了口腔临床迫切需求的趋势，使其具备了良好的粘接性能与机械性能、简便的操作及美学效果等诸多优点，目前已广泛应用于临床。由于其具有多功能性、多种外观及固化模式，可能影响临床医生使用。因此，本文以树脂水门汀的作用、组成成分、分类、性能、固化方式及应用弊端作一综述，旨在分析树脂水门汀在牙体修复中的粘接性和美学中的应用价值，以期为临床应用提供参考。
