    【摘 要】牙隐裂属于临床发生率较高的口腔疾病，常发生在牙齿结构薄弱的环节，牙齿表面临床症状不明显，但会持续出现遇冷热刺激敏感、咬合不适感等问题，如细菌侵入牙髓后会导致牙髓内组织发炎，引发牙髓炎，损害牙本质并伴有剧烈疼痛，严重影响患者生活质量。对牙隐裂伴牙髓炎患者进行更加科学的干预和诊疗、制定适宜的疾病干预方案、提升综合治疗质量具有重要意义。本文从牙隐裂伴牙髓炎的病因和诊断出发，就目前相应治疗措施及使用材料作一综述，以期为临床治疗提供一定参考依据。

    【Abstract】Cracked tooth is a kind of oral disease with high clinical incidence. It often occurs in the weak link of tooth structure. The clinical symptoms of tooth surface are not obvious， but it will continue to appear sensitive to cold and heat stimulation， occlusal discomfort and other problems. For example， after bacteria invade the pulp， they will cause inflammation in the pulp tissue， cause pulpitis， damage dentin and accompanied by severe pain， which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.
