    【摘 要】目的 探究酵母重組胶原蛋白液体敷料应用于面部敏感性皮肤的临床效果。方法 选取2020年3月-12月我院收治的206例因皮炎、湿疹等引起面部敏感性皮肤患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=98)和试验组(n=108)，对照组采用透明质酸钠凝胶冷敷治疗，试验组采用酵母重组胶原蛋白液体敷料冷喷治疗。比较两组治疗前后主客观症状体征评分变化、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果两组治疗后各项主观症状评分均低于治疗前，且试验组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗后客观体征各项评分低于治疗前，且试验组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组随访期间均未出现不良反应。结论 酵母重组胶原蛋白液体敷料应用于面部敏感性皮肤效果确切，能够有效缓解患者症状，且安全性良好。
