    【摘 要】目的 探讨综合护理应用于口腔正畸种植支抗术的效果。方法 选取我院2021年1月-2022年8月收治的60例口腔正畸种植患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理，比较两组恢复效果、综合护理满意率以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组上中切牙倾角大于对照组，上中切牙凸距差大于对照组，磨牙移位低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意率为96.67%，高于对照组的73.33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 口腔正畸种植支抗术患者开展围术期综合护理可提高术后恢复效果，且安全性良好，可提高护理满意度，值得应用。
