    【摘 要】目的 分析神经外科患者皮肤损伤原因，探究为其实施综合护理服务的临床效果。方法 选取2020年10月-2022年6月广元市第一人民医院神经外科收治的70例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组采用常规护理服务，观察组在明确皮肤损伤发生原因后实施综合护理服务，比较两组皮肤损伤发生情况、皮肤状态评分。结果 观察组皮肤损伤发生率为5.71%，低于对照组的22.86%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组皮肤潮湿度、皮肤摩擦力、皮肤剪切力、营养摄取能力、感知能力、活动能力评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 积极分析神经外科患者发生皮肤损伤的原因，对其实施综合护理服务，可有效降低皮肤损伤发生风险，改善患者的皮肤状态，值得临床应用。
