    【摘 要】目的 探究口腔种植修复在牙列缺损治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年9月于我院进行牙列缺损治疗的50例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对比组及试验组，各25例。对比组实施常规修复术治疗，试验组实施口腔种植修复术治疗。比较两组修复效果、修复后语言能力、咀嚼功能、稳定性、牙齿舒适度以及不良反应发生率。结果 试验组治疗总有效率高于对比组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组语言能力、咀嚼功能、稳定性以及牙齿舒适度评分均高于对比组，差异有统計学意义(P<0.05)；试验组不良反应发生率低于对比组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取口腔种植修复方式能提升牙列缺损患者的临床效果，相较于常规修复术治疗方式，患者的不良反应发生率更低。
