    【摘 要】目的 分析美容消斑汤联合逍遥丸用于黄褐斑治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取本院2020年1月-12月收治的30例黄褐斑患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分对照组和试验组，每组15例。对照组给予常规西药治疗，试验组给予美容消斑汤联合逍遥丸治疗，比较两组临床疗效、证候积分、血清水平及生活质量。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)；试验组治疗8、16、24周后证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组治疗后血清SOD、MDA水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 美容消斑汤联合逍遥丸治疗黄褐斑的临床效果良好，可有效改善患者的临床症状及血清水平，提高生活质量，值得临床应用。
