    【摘 要】目的 分析PDCA管理模式护理对乳腺肿瘤患者术后美容效果及疼痛的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年4月于我院乳腺科住院治疗的96例乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各48例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施PDCA管理模式护理，比较两组术后美容效果、疼痛评分及临床相关指标。结果 观察组色泽、血管分布、厚度及柔软度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组术中出血量、手术时间、术后感染率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对乳腺肿瘤患者实施PDCA管理模式可减轻其疼痛感，提高术后美容效果，降低感染发生几率。
