    【摘 要】主动脉夹层是各种原因引起的患者的主动脉血管腔出现撕裂破口，主动脉腔内的血液从内膜撕裂口处涌入主动脉的中膜内，使主动脉内膜和中层分离形成假腔，可能会沿主动脉的长轴方向进行性的扩展，必须及时进行严格围手术期优质护理服务以及手术治疗，若治疗护理措施不及时，则死亡率高达91%。本文从多个方面阐述主动脉夹层围手术优质护理要点，旨在为主动脉夹层围手术期患者护理提供一定参考。
