    【摘 要】泪槽凹陷易导致患者面部憔悴和衰老，改善泪槽凹陷可实现面部年轻化。自体脂肪游离移植是矫正泪槽凹陷方法之一，具有操作简单、生活相容性好及维持时间长等优势，已逐渐广泛应用于临床。本文主要回顾了自体脂肪游离移植发展历程，并对泪槽凹陷发生机制、泪槽凹陷分级、手术方式、自体脂肪移植的优缺点及并发症等关键问题作一综述，以期增加临床对泪槽凹陷脂肪游离移植手术的认识，减少术后并发症的发生几率。
