    【摘 要】目的 探究口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损的临床效果。方法 选取2021年5月-2022年5月我院收治的90例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组行常规修复治疗，观察组行口腔种植修复治疗，比较两组口腔修复效果、并发症发生情况、修复满意度及生活质量。结果 观察组口腔修复优良率为100.00%，高于对照组的88.89%(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为0，低于对照组的8.89%(P<0.05)；观察组对颜色匹配度、舒适度、修复体形态、咀嚼功能、语言功能的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损的效果较好，可有效提高修复成功率及优良率，具有美观程度高、固位效果好等优点，同时修复后并发症较少，有利于提高患者的生活质量，且患者对修复体的满意度较高。
