    【摘 要】目的 探讨Ⅲ～Ⅳ期压力性损伤应用自制便携式负压引流装置治疗创面修复的效果。方法 选取我院2020年4月-2022年11月收治的62例Ⅲ～Ⅳ期压力性损伤患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各31例。对照组采用湿性愈合技术处理，观察组在对照组基础上加用自制便携式负压引流装置，比较两组修复效果、临床相关指标及护理满意度。结果 观察组修复总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组换药次数少于对照组，创面愈合时间少于对照组，换药费用低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用自制便携式负压引流装置引流有利于Ⅲ～Ⅳ期压力性损伤患者创面修复，同时可减少换药次数，缩短创面愈合时间，降低费用，提升护理满意度。
