    【摘 要】目的 探究优质护理干预在痤疮瘢痕患者点阵激光治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年9月-2021年9月于我院行点阵激光治疗的100例痤疮瘢痕患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用优质护理干预，比较两组痤疮瘢痕情况、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组痤疮瘢痕评分低于对照组，护理满意度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为2.00%，低于对照组的14.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 优质护理干预在痤疮瘢痕患者点阵激光治疗中的应用效果确切，可有效缓解瘢痕情况，提高护理满意度，降低不良反应发生风险，值得临床应用。
