    【摘 要】目的 探讨心理护理在断指再植患者中的应用价值。方法 选取我院骨科八病区2019年1月-2021年4月收治的92例断指再植患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为A、B两组，每组46例。A组予以常规护理，B组予以心理护理，比较两组疼痛度、心理状态、生活质量与手功能优良率。结果 B组护理后VAS评分低于A组(P<0.05)；B组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于A组(P<0.05)；B组护理后各维度生活质量评分均高于A组(P<0.05)；B组手功能优良率为95.65%，高于A组的78.26%(P<0.05)。结论 心理护理在断指再植患者护理中的应用价值较高，能有效缓解患者疼痛度与负性情绪，促进患者手功能恢复与生活质量提高，值得临床应用。
