    【摘 要】目的 研究鹽酸米诺环素软膏联合替硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果及安全性。方法 选择吴中区木渎海龙口腔诊所2021年1月-2022年6月收治的50例慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组，每组25例。对照组给予替硝唑治疗，观察组给予替硝唑联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗，比较两组临床疗效、牙周指标[菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周袋深度(PPD)]及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的76.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗后PLI、SBI、PPD均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为4.00%，低于对照组的16.00%，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对慢性牙周炎患者采用盐酸米诺环素软膏联合替硝唑治疗的效果良好，可有效改善牙周情况，且不会增加不良反应发生几率，安全性较高，值得临床应用。
